James M. Russo
Founder / Chief Investment Strategist
James M. Russo is the founder and Chief Investment Strategist of Altrius Capital Management, which he founded in 1997. He has been the portfolio manager for each of the firm’s equity strategies since their inception. Mr. Russo has published a book on the firm’s value-driven, income-focused investment process titled “Invest Like an Aardvark”. Mr. Russo received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, was captain of the Academy’s boxing team and named a two-time NCBA All-American. Upon graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1991, Mr. Russo served as a Naval Aviator in the United States Marine Corps for eight years until leaving the service honorably at the rank of Captain.

Andrea L. Aitken
Chief Integration Officer
Ms. Aitken is the Chief Integration Officer with Altrius Capital Management and has been with the firm since 2005. She is responsible for collaborating with operations, compliance and information technology associates to define a vision, provide integration and drive sustainable initiatives of data and operational services in addition to the planning and execution of new capabilities and governance of internal and external data sources. Previously, Ms. Aitken served as a Financial Specialist and Financial Center Manager for Wachovia Bank. Ms. Aitken attended Central Michigan University.

Sharon Boyd
Chief Technology Officer
Sharon Boyd is the Chief Technology Officer of Altrius Capital Management. She is responsible for Altrius’ security, data infrastructure, and all technical operations. Prior to joining Altrius, she served in a variety of information technology roles including Director of Network Engineering at KORE Telematics where she was responsible for the personnel, datacenters, and other infrastructure supporting the connectivity of ten million IOT cellular devices globally. Among many IT certifications earned over the last two decades, she has recently added CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) from the ISC2. Ms. Boyd earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy where she also lettered on the varsity offshore racing team. Upon graduating from USNA in 1991, Ms. Boyd served as a Communications and Electronic Warfare Officer aboard two warships and Operations Officer of a shore station until leaving the Navy honorably at the rank of Lieutenant.

Max Greenberg, CFP®
Executive Vice President / Financial Advisor
Mr. Greenberg is an Executive Vice President and Financial Advisor at Altrius Capital Management. He is responsible for providing wealth management and financial planning advice to the firm’s high net worth clients as well as providing investment solutions for institutional clients. Prior to joining Altrius, Mr. Greenberg was a Senior Account Manager at State Farm specializing in financial services, providing clients with long-term solutions and guidance. Mr. Greenberg received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Darla Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, his Certificate in Financial Planning from Boston University, and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. (CFP Board) owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, and CFP® (with plaque design) in the United States, which it authorizes use of by individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.

Christopher C. Rolf, CFA
Executive Vice President / Financial Advisor
Mr. Rolf is an Executive Vice President and Financial Advisor at Altrius Capital Management. He is responsible for providing wealth management and financial planning advice to the firm’s high net worth clients and is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to joining Altrius in 2015, Mr. Rolf was a Vice President at Lenox Advisors for three years where he was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, and advised clients on asset allocation, investment strategies and financial planning. Mr. Rolf spent five years at Morgan Stanley in their Private Wealth Management group. He also worked for Congressman Dave Camp in Washington D.C. Mr. Rolf graduated from the University of Michigan where he was a four-year letter winner and Captain on the Varsity Tennis Team. He received his MBA in Finance from Indiana University and is a CFA charter holder.

Zachary Q. Smith, CFA
Portfolio Manager
Mr. Smith is a Portfolio Manager at Altrius Capital Management. At Altrius, Mr. Smith is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for conducting fundamental research, security analysis, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Altrius in 2011, Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in finance from American University, and earned a Master of Science in Political Theory from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Anu N. Prabhu, CFA
Portfolio Manager
Ms. Prabhu is a Portfolio Manager at Altrius Capital Management. She is a member of the Investment Committee and is responsible for conducting fundamental research, security analysis, and portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining Altrius, Ms. Prabhu was a Vice President at Wright Investors’ Service for 17 years where she was a member of the equity portfolio management team, helping manage US equity portfolios and researching stocks in different sectors. She was also involved in the quantitative research process at Wright. As a member of the Investment Committee, Ms. Prabhu was involved in the asset allocation process for client portfolios including monitoring macro-economic indicators and their impact on markets. Prior to Wright, Ms. Prabhu was an investment analyst for the private banking divisions at ICICI Bank, India, and BNP Paribas, India. Ms. Prabhu received a Bachelors in Accounting and Taxation, and Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Mumbai University. Ms. Prabhu is a CFA charter holder and a member of the CFA Society of New York.

Rebecca A. Harmon
Trader/Analyst
Ms. Harmon is a Trader and Analyst responsible for portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, account reconciliation, reporting and administration. Prior to joining Altrius in 2012, she spent two years as a team member with AmeriCorps Project Power and two years as an elementary education teacher. Ms. Harmon received a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of North Carolina at Asheville and is currently working toward a Master of Public Affairs at Western Carolina University.

Hannah Russo

Ms. Russo is a Trader and Analyst responsible for portfolio monitoring, rebalancing, account reconciliation, reporting and administration. Prior to joining Altrius, she spent two years at Bloomberg with her last year as a Senior Equity Analyst. Ms. Russo received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Wellesley College and is currently working towards the Level I Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

Rita A. Hendrick-Smith
Director of Client Services/Compliance Manager
Ms. Hendrick-Smith is the Director of Client Services and Compliance Manager at Altrius Capital Management. She focuses on integrating private client advice, technology, finance and operations for the firm. Prior to joining Altrius in 2001, she spent seven years with the Federal Government and seventeen years with Eastman Kodak in varied customer-oriented positions including purchasing, accounts payable, credit/collections and leasing.

Operations Analyst
Ms. Cardenas is an Operations Analyst at Altrius Capital Management. At Altrius, Ms. Cardenas is responsible for maintaining management systems while developing and implementing service initiatives for the firm’s private clients and institutions. Prior to joining Altrius, she spent four years as a Senior Credit Analyst and was also a Branch Management Team Member in Suntrust Bank for three years. Ms. Cardenas attended Florida International University where she studied Business Administration.

Ms. Yim is an Operations Analyst at Altrius Capital Management, responsible for maintaining management systems while also developing and implementing service initiatives for the firm’s private clients and institutions. Prior to joining Altrius, Ms. Yim was the Operations and Compliance Supervisor at a firm specializing in alternative asset investments with a strong emphasis on team management, compliance adherence, and client relations.

Lynette Bellinger
Operations Analyst
Ms. Bellinger is an Operations Analyst at Altrius Capital Management, responsible for maintaining management systems while also developing and implementing service initiatives for the firm’s private clients and institutions. Prior to joining Altrius, Ms. Bellinger spent four years in the veterinary profession, focusing on client relations and front office operations. Ms. Bellinger also brings over a decade of client relations and compliance management experience from working in the tribal gaming and hospitality industry. Ms. Bellinger attended Ferris State University where she studied Hospitality and Entertainment Operations and Business Management.
